Every year, we collaborate with the Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC) to provide in-plant training for final-year diploma students. This initiative is aimed at empowering educated, unemployed youth by giving them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real industrial setting.

The training is conducted within various industrial establishments, where trainees are fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the industry. Through this program, students have the chance to observe skilled professionals, assist in various tasks, and eventually learn to perform the job independently in the plant itself. This practical exposure allows them to acquire critical technical skills, making them more proficient and industry-ready. 

By the end of the training, the participants not only develop their knowledge but also gain the confidence to apply what they've learned in real-world scenarios, greatly enhancing their future career prospects.
